Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

KÜBRA BEAUTY is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery attempts, delivery time estimates, customs delays, or issues arising during transit that are outside of our reasonable control.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery updates, missed deliveries, delivery instructions, parcel redirections, or other shipping-related enquiries using the tracking information provided.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, KÜBRA BEAUTY is not responsible for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible at the delivery location.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, customers should first raise a claim directly with the carrier. We may provide reasonable assistance with carrier investigations where appropriate.
