No Returns & Refunds Policy
At KÜBRA BEAUTY, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any makeup or lash products once they have been dispatched. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of products once they have left our facility.
This exemption applies in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where such goods have been unsealed after delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to find a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Items If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
